crazy bad mis-fire

so sfter my alternator went out my car started to hesitate when driving and under a tad bit of throttle the car would jump back and forth. theres new plugs gapped right, the wires are good and the distributer is ok. what else could it be? btw when i replaced the alternator i didnt know that both 10g wires went into one so i hooked up 1 10g wire into the green and yellow wires and melted a fusible link before the battery. any ideas?

Tfi module on the dizzy or oxygen sensors maybe. My car acted very similar and oxygen sensors fixed it right up.

ok so i'll check the distributer. how do i know if its bad? and the tfi is where? also with the o2 sensors how do i know those are bad or not?
