cleaaan 1988 gt

Hey i have a 1988 mustang gt w/ 60,000 miles on it. Runs strong. Completely stock, except for flowmasters. I have a problem and i was hoping someone can help me out. So first try the car fires right up..and while your driving it it runs strong. I parked it and shut it off right after i shut it off i tried to turn it back on. It cranks but it wont start. S0 what i do is wait about 15 minutes and turn the key and boom fires right up. Like a half hour ago i was driving it and popped the clutch and when i went to turn it back on it wouldn't. So i pushed it to the side of the road, waited 15 minutes and it turned on. Any ideas?

Do you know if your not getting any fuel or spark?
