Good deal on nitrous

I found a guy thats selling a nitrous kit at a reasonable price. He say's this is what he has. *bottle, line, solenoids, relays, wiring, line into intake with jet & nozzle, vacuum line that ties into fuel press reg, throttle contact switch* I dont have a whole lot of expirience with nitrous...Is everything here? (besides the arming swith)

Does he have the plate? or is it a fogger kit that you drill the nozzles into the intake? those are very expensive so it's probably not that, but I would make sure he has a plate before you buy. Thats a dry kit so make sure your fuel system and injectors are big enough to handle the shot.
