Now just add a leaf blower to it and you will double the CFM..

Do people actually fall for this? Energy balance states that to do work, ie compress a gas, the energy has to come from somewhere, such as hot high velocity exhaust gasses. Applying this to this situation, you're doing work in spinning this stupid fan, so where is that coming from? Oh yeah, your intake charge's velocity. You're actually doing more harm than good here, and in no way could you physically build boost with it.
...but if it were a fixed "mixer" i could believe the effectiveness. I work with gaseous fuel and dual fuel engines at work, and they all use a carbureted type inlet with a mixer to introduce gaseous fuel and extensively mix the incoming charge. Keep in mind these are precison machined aluminum pieces validated with CFD models, not plastic junk sold on ebay that "creates boost"

most nitrous wet kit nozzles are set up so the nitrous is delivered to the fuels pathway in the nozzle, then out into the intake manifold.
so the pressure of the nitrous mixes the fuel up and blasts it out into the intake charge. I'm no engineer, but I dont see much else you could do for a better mixture.

I showed I to my buddy, who is a pretty good nitrous tuner. He's tuned some big boy motors. He said be saw one on a BBC, and it was a straight swap on the dyno. Same engine, same jets, same day, same dyno, ect..... It picked up 12 hp.

Lol....twice in a week I've been called a liar.
That was my response too, but he says it's true. I've got no reason to not believe him.
