Bro when you race you will always hurt your clutch a little (when you dump it on the launch or when you dump it between every shift) unless your going easy on it.

Your tranny should be fine if you don't power shift all the time. Unless of course your pushing big power (350+ hp) then your probably going to want to upgrade, although some people have blown the t-5 with stock power I believe.

Some t-5s last and some don't. It all depends on how much you beat on it.

Yeah and practice.

Start with a good shifter, Tri-Ax etc, then find a deserted place to practice.

Well there's always riding the clutch for traction (but don't do that haha), but really you want to practice launching until you get the right rpm down where you balance the right amount of torque and traction. Yeah you're gonna hurt the clutch a bit, and the trans too, but as long as you don't really bang the gears it should hold up fine. On the street you're almost always gonna spin if you drop the clutch. Powershifting is all about finding that gear fast, or you'll hit redline for too long. Make sure the clutch is always all the way engaged before shifting as well, I made that mistake a few times....don't try to shift real fast until you know the car well. Otherwise find a deserted place (as 1LOUDGT said) and practice practice practice. Its fun!

Get a good shifter! One of the best mods you can do! I personally love the Pro 5.0. Had one in my 88 and fell in love with it. I could shift that shit so damn fast.

From the sounds of it, I'm guessing there are people in this thread giving advice, and have never been down the track themselves.
