my full bolt on motor with ported e7 heads made 230rwhp and 270rwtrq, pretty tired motor, but made 321rwhp after the head/cam swap, same bottom end.
(full bolt ons as in electric fan, underdrive pullies, cold air intake, 1993 cobra MAF, 70mm throttle body and EGR, typhoon upper and lower intake, ported E7's with beehive comp cam springs, bbk shorty headers, bbk offroadh h pipe, mac catback, aluminum driveshaft, ETC.) I think your gonna lose unless that motor is pretty fresh. MAX I would say is 210. but there are to many variables. throw some 91-93 octane in it, and bump the timing to 16* base for a little more powa

here is the video of my car being dyno'ed when it had stock heads/cam and full bolt ons.
Forgot to mention the car had a fresh T5 in it, and ignition upgrades too.

yup, thats about it....
^ well you dynoed at 230 rwhp though with all those bolt ons, so all i need to do is make 200 exactly or even 201...i really wanna take this bet, but its such a good bet that im kinda nervous

all i'm gonna say is good luck dude, haha.
if your buddy is not going to be there for the dyno, and just wants to see the sheet, then pull off the accessory belt on one of the pulls and print out THAT dyno to show him. pulling off the belt is good for around 10hp on your motor, and all you need is a crowbar to pry the idler back to get the belt off
