91 GT DOWN HARD
Need some help please, I recently completed rebuliding and installing a 91 5.0 into a friends car, after finishing the install, engine will not idle. The engine runs great for about 1 minute if you disconnect the MAF sensor. I was thinking I had a ground problem but have checked every wire from the harness to the 60 pin connector and can't find anything wrong. I have also found and corrected a few small vacuum leaks, but still can't get the car to keep running. The engine does not miss abeat when its running (with MAF unplugged). I am desperate here, I have had the guy's car for three weeks now and he is getting nervous.

did you check the maf sensor?

Yea I had that problem once, It took me about 800 dollars to find out a spider laid a nest in the maf sample tube.
