95 Build
I gotta a 95 GT Mustang
So far- *75mm throttle *90mm MAF *CAI *9mm Wires *3:73 gear *Full Exhaust I also have 26lb Injectors, Long Tube Headers just these 2 not installed _______________ I want to do the Trick Flow Track Heat Package. the 170cc Twisted Wedge heads on the TFS Stage 1 cam, with the Track Heat Intake lower and upper. Also in the kit comes gaskets, timing assembly, rockers, pushrods, and ill get some valve springs. Im not going down bottom end, i only have 60,000 miles on my car, so no 331 or 348 for me. I know its alot of money to spend, but this is the car of my dreams, the engine i wanted. So if im missing anything, or if anybody has any experience with this kit, would be greatly appreciated.

Everything looks good, except I wouldn't go with a TFS cam. They're not a whole lot better than the letter cams when it comes to the grind and quality of the cam. Check out the anderson cams and give them a call and see what they recommend. Much better cams for a little more money.

The tfs 2 has a a lift and duration of a drag car, i think the tfs2 has 10:1 comp
Im really pumped about doing this build, becuase im Taking Engine Repair at my College, and learning how to build an engine, so im not just some kid posting useless stuff. @fogged- thanks man, there are plenty of cams out there deff! Just no FRPP cams, lol

oops, still reading wrong, Minimum 10:1
TrickFlow Website: TFS2 Race; rough idle, strong top-end power, 3,000-3,500 rpm stall converter, 3.90-4.11 gears. Calibrated mass airflow meter required. Compression: 10:1 minimum. thats more of a drag build?

The only thing that really affects the block, are horsepower and RPMs. You won't make enough power N/A with a TFS2 cam to worry about splitting the block. Unless you get a custom cam, which is best, I'd listen to what fogged306 and look at Anderson cams. I know several people that have had great luck with them.
