Weird headlight problem
Tonight I was driving home and decided to get on her a lil bit so I switched my brights on and for a split second my headlights went out but my ambers stayed on and then the brights came on. Should I be worried about this?

It's either the mf switch, or the headlight switch got hot. Mine used to do that with the low beams until I added relays

^ Yep. I would lean towards the multifunction switch if it happened at the exact moment you flipped your highs on. They have a tendency to go bad. The headlight switches do burn up in these cars too, but I would guess the contacts aren't making a good connection in the multifunction by the way you described what happened.
Quick way to temporarily rule out the headlight switch is to pull the switch and look at the connector and where the connector plugs in. If it looks discolored and/or bubbled from heat, replace it. |

<y old headlight switch got so hot it literally melted about a quarter of my connector! It was nuts! I finally replaced it and all was good. I replaced both the multifunction switch and the headlight connectors. Not too bad if you have a yard with some foxes to borrow from.

Did you have the fog lights on at the same time? There is a known problem with that as well.
