I think the rear end rebuild kit is, one kit. And the trac lock rebuild is another...

Just got this kit and installed this week in the 02GT.
1986-11 Mustang 8.8" 3.73 Ratio Rear End Gear Kit With Ford Racing Gears at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

Installation $$ will depend on your area. I paid $250 for the installation from a friend of a friend that does Mustang work, the going rate from other local speed shops was about $350.

no life beet me to it. i got the LMR kit with the frpp 3:73's. you will still need axle wheel bearings and seals. you also might want to get differant gear lube for the break in period and save the royal purple for after the first 500 miles.

thats it. i would rtv the diff cover rather than a gasket though. and like i said before you might want to get two bottles of regular gear lube. after the first 500 miles of a gear change you sould drain and refill the diff. that RP is 18 bucks a bottle, so i say save it for after the first change
