1989+ 302 Swap
I'm swapping my 86 302 for a 89+ 302 motor.. I didn't know what all I'd need except the A9L Computer and Harness.. Anybody help me on this info????

What on the engine are you swapping? You don't have to swap the harness or computer, everything should bolt right up as far as sensors go as long as it's an HO engine. Unless you're doing a MAF conversion, but even then you don't need an entire EEC harness. Just a MAF harness, a MAF, and an A9L if you're stick or an A9P if you're auto. Then you need to unplug and cap the the vacuum line to the MAP sensor.

Food for thought, you can use an A9P with a stick also. I currently am.

Well as far as swapping.. My car is a GT 5 speed car.. Idk what comp is in it, anything really.. But It isnt even mass air yet. 100% stock.. The new motor was in a MAF car and is completely stock. I'm just gonna throw this one in as a built 306.
