idle......

92 5.0......it idles around 600 - 800 bounces between them, and sometimes when slow down to turn and its not in gear it will die. now its only done this like 3 times.....how would i fix this?

clean your iac unit...if it doesnt fix-replace it

Like stang fanatci stated, the IAC is the most common problem.

I have a 94 5.0, after the car warms up to running temp, every now and then the idle is rough and bounces from 800 - 400 and even stalled once.
I only had the car about a week now, i dunno what it could be? gas? vacuum leak? any ideas?
