Buy the stroker kit. Most high performance dealers carry a stroker kit of some sort. I suggest that you get all forged. The stronger the better. Then you will have to break the motor down completely and rebuild the motor swapping the internals(Rods, crank, pistons, and possibly heads if you can afford them) I would suggest also while you have the motor out take a real good look at your clutch/torque converter, rear end, and transmission. No sense in putting all that power back in if you are going to break the drivetrain using it.

I bought my 331 cid stroker kit from http://www.cnc-motorsports.com they have all kind of rotating assemblies, good prices & good services.. they also give you upgrading options on the screen when you choose your stroker combo, you can have assembly balancing balancing as an option, for instance. Check it out.
