89 GT w/trick flow kit. connected to the bottom of the upper plentum of the drivers side is a hose (looks like a vaccum hose). it goes around the front of the motor near the ditributor and connects to a cylinder about the size of a size D battery. then another hose comes out of the cylinder w/an elbow and nothing connected to it and is not plugged. the cylinder also has wires coming out of it which looks like it connects to the fuel rail. should the hose be plugged or connectedto something and what it the purpose of it? HELP ME
