im looking to get a paxton novi 1000 from houston performance for 1795$ what do yall think about that supercharger for mild horsepower, im looking to spend only about 2000 for any kit not including supporting mods, and what are the supporting mods that i would need

Novi 1000 is a good S/C are you all stock now?
You would need a fuel upgrade, Blower cam, Heads, Intake If ya want the most out of it, just some to start. Or you could use that money to get a really nice H/C/I setup and some other mids and have a real nice ride. Then later on ya could always look at S/C if ya got the money, but up to you just an idea. |

Money wise the easiest way to get good power would be with that blower.. a fuel pump and a tune.

I'd buy it. Sounds like a good deal, and would definately wake up the ride.

Yeah it doesn't seem to expensive and a h/c/I would be next, yes am stock pretty much all I got is a gt40 intake and the way I see it its the cheapest way to get some decent HP . So some arp head bolts, fuel pump and tune is all I need what about maf and throttle body and injectors. So around how much HP would I be at I know my heads are holding me back but those are next

If you're going to spend the money on head bolts, you might as well just get head studs. More clamping power for not a whole lot more than arp bolts. Plus it makes head installs easier.

I wouldn't do anthing stated above. I'd go on corral and get a used v2 strim full kit with: a metal bypass valve, all metal pipes, powerpipe, maf and injectors for most likely $1500 to $1700. Then get a pump for $100, chip for $250 and a tune for $300 or so. Barely pushes the budget. Tons more room to grow as well.
