I need some help for my 1987 mustang 5.0 GT
The clutch feels ok but, it is not wanting to go into 1st or 2nd gear all the way. Once I force it, its drives smoothe any suggestions?

I had the same problem. It ended up being my clutch cable was loose. I would take a look at that because it would be an easy fix. Don't take it to a shop. See if you know anyone that can do it. It's not hard to do.
