I ran an F303 cam in my 88GT with speed density and it ran fine. You have to pay attention to fuel pressure and timing to get it to run smooth. I had alot of intermittent stalling at idle before I straightened everything out.

Thing is SD works on Vacuume so you have to watch the lob sep so the cam does not change the vacuume to much or it will never rin right. Honestly the stock 5.0 HO cam is not that bad. Check out www.turbomustangs.com there are guys there making 1000+ HP #'s with stock cams.

well, the guy who claimed an aftermarket cam was in there has screwed me good already, so i dont believe its got a 303 cam, but im at a loss as to why ive suddeny lost approx 10' vacuum at idle. got new hoses and replaced every intake, egr and throtttle body gasket and dont believe that suddenly a valve wont close all the way.
