well i thought about switching the pins around but i kind of like having my high beams as the HID.. so i might leave it that way, i did some more research and found out that a lot of companies on ebay and other places sell kits that ONLY replace your high or low beam with HID, if you want a kit that has hi and low HID then you have to specifically buy one like that. the guy i bought this one off of didnt buy the double kit, but its alright, i just never turn my high beams off

If you have them and you like them, AWESOME! Theyre not for everyone and I can't justify buying the expensive $100+ kit just to have my light scattered all over the road. Given our stock headlight setup i think if your gonna do HID at all do the inexpensive kit. I had mine three years now and never had a problem, BUT I also had people buy them and they wouldnt even light up or would flicker like a strobe light going down the road. Overall, I think everyone's got a pretty good point but since you have the smoked headlights and wanted something brighter, I think it was smart of you to ditch the 'cool blues' and go for the 6000K.

yeah its one of those things that a hit and miss situation, i had a buddy that totaled his V6 2003 mustang, and he had a cheap kit in his for a year, and they continued to work even after he got into the accident, he ended up selling that kit and another spare one months down the road still in working condition, but i dont know if i said this before but its such a big improvement its not even funny, i drove around all last night with them on and havent had anybody flash at me, but then again a aimed my lights myself when i put in my cool blues. when they are on you cant even tell my headlights are smoked, i would recomment them to anybody as a cheap way to gain a big amount of visibility, and they look AWESOME. im gaining the smoke look during the day and gaining the increased visibility at night by having the HID's in.
