Fox body transmission please help
Hey guys I pulled the stock aod out of my 89 saleen clone kit car. Originally an lx 302. I have a transmission that I believe is an old c6 that was behind a non fuel injected 460. I can line up the mounting holes for the life of me. I was under the impression that any c series transmissions would work behind a small block. If this is not true and I can never fit this transmission to my fuel injected 302 please let me know. Also if any one has a trans that they are willing to part with that will work with my engine please let me know. I really want to put this beauty back together. Thanks for help.
