Idle Problem!?!
I just got a new thermostat, fan, radiator, tranny cooler lines, new tranny fluid, new headers, X-pipe, and spin tech mufflers. The second bolt from the left on the passengers side Header wouldnt go in and someone told me that it wouldnt really matter...So when I start up my car it will idle very rough for like 30 seconds then smooth out. Whats the problem guys?

Also no more smog pump...but it wasn't done perfectly...and it idles from 1 down and goes up and down. It seems to shift a little higher also.
