Aluminum fly is lighter. The less mass on your rotating assembly, the quicker the engine can rev.

Yes, you will notice the engine rev quicker. How much depends on the rest of your rotating assembly. On a stock shortblock, I couldn't tell you if it's worth the money spent or not tho.

it also depends on what you plan on doing with the car weather or not you want an aluminum fly wheel
