I'm looking for a rough estimate on how much it would cost to have a 1988 5.0L Mustang swapped from automatic transmission to standard. I'm also trying to find a complete list of exactly all the parts I'll need to do it, clutch, flywheel, etc...

Any help is appreciated.

not real sure what it will cost but you need clutch, flywheel, transmission, shift fork, bell housing, pedal assembly, firewall adjuster, aluminum quadrant, and a cable

I'm just beginning to do mine right now, and I picked up the trans, bell housing, starter plate, pilot bearing, fork, throw out bearing, shifter for 500 bucks. I'll be getting the pedal assembly for 50 bucks and ordering the rest online.

Total I'll be spending around 700-800 bucks
