Nope. Still haven't got there yet. Been busy. But it was slow before, and didn't have overdrive.
I'm still saying an 11.50 is all it's going to do, so it will still be slow. Then comes the hose!

Hah, I think you'll go quicker than 11.50. Don't know much about the suspension in those cars, but if nate on sbftech can go faster than that with his 289, I think you'll be alright.

We shall see. I'm skeptical of this lazy cam. I shouldn't have told Mark at Bullet how much I drive the car. I'm betting it only makes 430ish rwhp.

Well that all depends on where your heads flow and the ramp rates he used. Did the lobes maybe look a bit squarish? I'm sure valve events paint a different picture. I guess I would have expected more lift, but hey, mark knows just slightly more than we do, lol. Same lift on both has me wondering tho. Heard nothing but good about bullet so far but who really knows what's custom and whats just some lobes picked out of a catalog now after reading all that shit about jay.

Few allegations of Jay just picking lobes out of a catalog and shipping them to people as custom cams. One guy says Jay told him this directly. I honestly tend to believe this with the hole that guy has dug for his reputation.

The timing events looked pretty good, but looking at the cam card, it looks like a cam for heads that flow less than 300. Mine flowed like 328 @ .600 on a 4.030 bore.
I'm with you about Mark though. I've used his cams before, and my last one went faster than I thought it would too. He knows way more than I ever will about designing a cam.

If you go through, and read some of those stories towards the end, they're pretty messed up. Hard to believe that some of that stuff happened, but that many people saying the same thing happened to them, is pretty hard to not believe too.
