Idle Problem and Motor Mounts pretty much gone?
I just got a new thermostat, fan, radiator, tranny cooler lines, new tranny fluid, new headers, X-pipe, and spin tech mufflers. The second bolt from the left on the passengers side Header wouldnt go in and someone told me that it wouldnt really matter?...So when I start up my car it will idle very rough for like 30 seconds then smooth out. Whats the problem guys? Also my motor mounts are in for some new ones. I have no knowledge of Mounts so let me know as much as you can.

The header bolt really depends on how thick and how true the flange is on the headers. A good straight flange and you can probably get away with it, a thinner one or one that's not perfectly flat and it will leak, or you'll blow the gasket out after a while.
Problem just started after you swapped everything? Did you disconnect the battery at all? |
