fouled plug

I have the #8 cylinder fouling a plug. I have good fire to that cylinder but don't know if I have a stuck oil ring or pcv problems. It is only in the #8 cylinder and it has 125#'s of pressure. Any help would be appreciated. It's a 93 gt. Thanks

When I bought the car it had a burnt valve, a bad injector and a Cobra intake leaking so bad, I couldn't stop the engine putting my hand over the throttle body. I fixed all of these things and changed the plugs, wires, MSD cap, rotor and coil. I had a head and injector from my 91 LX that is now carbed.

One more thing, when I took the head off, the #8 cylinder was perfect, no cylinder damage.

The heads have been redone, I don't know what's wrong, I changed the intake gasket which was really bad, but I have a Cobra intake w/ stock heads, I hope it has something to do with a vacuum leak. The way the pcv system is ran doesen't look normal compared to the stock manifold. I recently bought this car and I am puzzled with the smoke and fouled plugs.
