Sad news the tranny in the car went to T5 heaven a week ago this weekend installed the Cobra trans, steeda adjustable cluth quad & cable and this clutch pkg from D&D
D&D Performance - C222 10.5 Super King Cobra Clutch Kit (10T) buttoned everything back up and the clutch will not engage. We can move it freely into and out of gears. WE adjusted the firewall out towards the front of car as much as possible and the cable @ the fork is also tight but no go. The pedal has tension on it also. any ideas my peeps? Thanks for any input....

Try loosening your clutch cable some. Sounds like its too tight. Try putting it in gear without pushing the clutch pedal in with the car running. Obviously, don't jam it in just hear for a little grind. I just went through this trying to adjust my cable. I got it perfect now though, it might take a few tries though. You have to take it for a ride though after each adjustment to find the "sweet spot".

Is the throwout bearing new? I was trying to say that maybe your cable is too tight and is not letting the clutch fork back in position far enough to engage the clutch.
