Cut and lengthen. Thats what I did.

Are your headers mild steel? I have heard of mild steel headers cracking from being wrapped.

No ss, the og kits were ms and had some cracking issues. These weren't ever going to crack, but you can see that alot of moisture has the ability to build up. My kit has never seen rain water either.
