help with a rebuild

i own a 92 5.0 with a stock block the only mod's to the motor is a gt40 upper/lower intake w/ cold air inductions, and a 6AL msd box. i'm looking to rebuild and get about 450 HP. i was thinking of going with a set of 165 AFR heads, 24lbs injectors, 75 throtle body, and an 80mil mass air. i'm not sure of cam size or any interal parts. what would you guys suggest or change?? it is only a weekend car for fun and to take to the track.

N20?
Supercharger?
Turbo?

Other than that you won't see 450.

The stock shortblock will handle 450, mine did. (498 to be exact) As long as its still in good shape just bolt on the AFR's a nice cam ane spray a 150 shot and wa-la 450
