compression ratio for 93' 5.0 V8 w/ modifications

Does anyone know about compression for a 93' 5.0 V8? The motor now has a Cobra intake on it, plus long tube headers and exhaust size is 2.5".

Wow...9:1

I borrowed a compression gauge from someone at work and my husband and I were getting readings (from the gauge) of about 152. Doesn't that mean that the compression is 15:1? I only ask because my car has turned into a 2-cycle. Everytime I add fuel I also need to add oil.
I am going to find someone to take the Cobra manifold off to see if the gasket is not tight or if I need a re-build on the engine.

No, cranking compression has nothing to do with the mechanical compression ratio. Cranking compression is a measurement of air in pounds per square inch (or in Kpa). The mechanical compression ratio is a volume ratio between the piston and cylinder head before and after the compresion stroke.
