PMS for fox

I just purchased a PMS for my '92 GT which as ther following mods so far, 331, e303 cam and 6 speed tranny. I decided to go this route instead of burning chips everytime I change or add something. Has anyone had experience with this module and what can I expect user wise and of course performance wise.

Thanks in advance.

Nothing wrong with a T5. Just wanted that second OD.

IF you really want to do it yourself, and thats all thats done to your car, get a wideband, timing light, adjustable fpr and youll have the car running fine

shit my 347 untuned ran perfect, tune was for driveability ie ran too lean when I let off the gas and coasted which caused it to buck

I love my six speed

and I have a pms 4th gen because theres a turbo in the car but for your mods you probably won't reap all the benefits of having a pms

I will be add a blower in the near future but the car does run a little rough right now. Not sure if it has anything to do with the computer or not but figured I could work out a few issues. At idle the revs go up and down from 700-1200 rpm or so and it is a pain in traffic, not too mention annoying. It also surges a lot and I do know that it is running rich right now. Not sure if tuning it will give an increase in hp or torque but hopefully drivability will improve atleast.

I am running 30 lb injectors and only a 190 lph fuel pump. Do you guys think that these are sufficiant for now?

Thx, I appreciate the feedback.

Is the PMS a pretty straightforward install? I am not really familiar with the compouter system but with the instructions that AFM sent it looks fairly simple. A lot of things look simple until you have them torn apart though. It looks I need to pickup a timing light and I should be set.
