Displacement Chart

I got bored one day and took a calculator and calculated out the possible displacements of the 302w and the 351w. I figured some of you guys might find the chart helpful so i went ahead and typed it up. Hope this helps a few of you out there.

combustion chamber and head gasket thickness arent included in the ratio. For those you have to compensate. No matter what head gasket or cylinder heads you have, the displacement should be the same. The formual is as follows: (pi/4)(bore)(bore)(stroke)(number of pistons)

Can an admin or mod make this a sticky.. :wink

also, gasket thickness and Head chamber size affect compression ratio. The bore and stroke have a effect on the compression ratio as well. Generally, as stroke increases compression ratio increases as well. As bore increases, the compression ratio drops slightly, pending on how much the bore increases.
