I have decided to go with 4.10s...that way I can run the AOD good, but if I decide to swap t5 in, then I'll have a powerful little toy. I'm looking at Ford Racing brand on American Muscle. Any thoughts on the site or brand?

Contact Dan, his screen name is silverfoxbody here, he can build you a valve body that will snap your neck when it shifts, and alan at DirtyDog Performance (Powered by CubeCart) is the best I have found for stalls, they actually stall to what they claim on the foot brake.
