Just for future reference, poly bushings are more prone to squeeking than rubber ones. The trade off is less slop. The ONLY sway bar bushings you should ever put on your car if they are poly's are the one's with the grease zerk, or you'll wish you had. A company called PST has graphite impregnanted bushings that are supposed to be self lubricating. My buddy has them in all the locations on his chevelle, but it's still just a rolling frame, so I couldn't tell ya any more than that. He own's his own repair bussiness, so I'm guessing he bought them for a reason... they prolly work.

Would you guys recomend the solid aluminum power steering rack bushings? I have heard that when you use solid bushings instead, it can cause problems to show up in other areas.

I already have a Flaming River steering shaft in my Mustang. I dont have the wrag joints in the steering anymore.

Don't have any experience with the solid bushings so cant help you there. But i suggest that if it is your ball joints, that you replace them asap. They can pop off if they get too bad and cause some serious damage especially if it happens while you are driving.

This is how my 94 sounded when my ball joints were bad. hope this helps you.

sinking feeling in my gut. I hear that noise in my 89 GT. it's not that bad yet but I here that noise when steering, and when the syspension goes up and down.

Extremely helpful video!
