seats tilted and squeek?

my cloth lx seats are ugly and squeek then they're tilted too, making long rides uncomfortable on my ribs. I was going to get them leather upholstered but that's really expensive. So I'm looking at these tweed black ones for 50 bucks but they are still tilted to the right like someone leaned while driving. How can I fix this? The seats are also a little worn on the door side of the driver seat. Hmm what to do for a budget fix. Ideas?

Someone on here once talked about taking the seat apart to fix the 'gangster' lean, but I don't remember what they did to fix it. You might find it on a search.

the frame's tack welds eventually let go.. you can atempt to redo the welds but shit will most likely crumble up in your hands but some people have pulled it off
