This issue started a month ago when the clutch cable broke while driving. Shortly after breaking, the car would vibrate like mentioned earlier. I think its the clutch or flywheel?

The Trans mounts? And the clutch cable broke by the pedal, not in the engine bay.

I have a similar problem with mine right now. Won't know until I tear it down. I think mine is related to my T5 input shaft, or retainer?

Did you properly adjust the clutch cable?

If not start there.

It may also be your throw out bearing or clutch fork going bad.
