if you have shortie headers, then you want a full size H pipe. brand shouldnt matter as long as they are made for your car. if your doing long tubes you want a long tube h pipe. thats all. it should fit no problem

To my knowledge Hedman doesn't make a 351w swap header. You must run 351w specific headers or modify your mid exhaust system. I would think 302 long tubes on a 351w would hit the floor boards because of the deck height difference!

With the difference in deck hieights comes a slight difference in the width of the two headers where the collectors are...

this is what I ordered... and I had to weld it all together to make it work.

So as long as the headers fit then the h pipe shouldn't be a problem connecting to everything is that correct ?

Couldnt you use lowering mounts to solve the floor board problem?

not entirely. my buddie did a 351w swap and had to use swap headers after trying his old 302 shorties. even with 1in drop mount (or 3/4in?). but if your running long tubers...im just gunna shut up because i dont know shit about em. but every time i see of the shelf long tubes, i notice they hang way lower than the body so you may need to mock up your engine and exhaust to see where you stand. (this will answer any question you have about your exhaust if no one gives you a direct answer )
