carb to efi help

alright so on my current car it has about 115k miles and it sat for awhile so its got quite a few problems. it seems like i cant keep it running for more than a few months before something screws up again. its completely stock. so i found a freshly rebuilt carbed 302 off a broco its got 10k miles on the rebuild. guy wants 350 for it. but i want to keep the efi on my car. can anybody tell me how hard it would be to change the carbed motor to a efi? and maybe what i would need to change. or should io just keep mine and fix it?

thanks for the help guys oh and i currently have a aod transmission im wanting to replace too. what should i replace it with? i just basically want a car that wont break down all the time and still gives me the fox power i love.

What year is the bronco engine? If it's a roller cam block, just slap your intake on it and a 351 firing order (same as 302 HO) roller cam, and all your EFI stuff will work fine.
