Looking at a Fox Need Pricing Opinions

So I am looking into a fox body to buy. Found one, not sure of the specs on the motor or anything but what would be a reasonable offer to make on something like this? I was thinking $5500?

89 supercharged, fox tail, mustang, sale or trade

Pass on that car. The man took pictures with a shitty camera in the shade, you can't see half the car. Typhoon intake and an strim... need I say more?
