Wheel/tire fitment

Can someone please tell me what the widest rear wheel and tire I can run if I roll the fenders? I will be running 17" wheels but I am not tubbing them. I was thinking 10" or 10.5", I know I can get 275's but can I get 285 or 295's?

i have 15x10 racestars with 6.5 Backspace. the tires are MT et streets 295/55/15. i know guys that run 315's on 17 and 18in wheels. you will def have to roll the fenders. is the car lowered any? take that into account. my car is sitting on eibach drag springs.

Yeah, it is lowered. I have maximum motorsport kit which lowered it an inch or so maybe a little more.

you should be good just rolling them fenders and running up to 315's. look at how much power you are putting down and how much tire you need to plant it.

You may need to remove the quad shocks and beat some of the metal in the wheel well to make some tires fit. It's easier to do on a SN body car, not so much on a fox.
