I'll make an entire thread about it later, then I will ask onedumb tech question at the end, like what kind of a oil a 89 fox takes so that the mods can't delete it. theyyyy maddd.

haha nitrous guys like to play dyno games to. Me and my buddys have played a game i call shock the dyno/bottom end. Take said fox, pref one with motor you don't care so much about,big wet kit jetted to between 150-200, one dyno. Heat up bottle to unsafe psi, Wait till right about 600 rpm below normal peak power range and pop it. With the temporary lean conditon and exteme hit of nitrous it'll make 40-50 hp more than normal peak numbers lol. Also good for 3rd gear rolling burnouts down the freeway.ha ha.

lawl there was this guy on another forum that had a 2v new edge. it made like 260rwhp, and something like 280trq then his nitrous numbers where like 380rwhp and 498trq.
when people asked him to prove it, he posts this dyno with this GIANT lean spike, and thats where he got his "peak torque" number from.

Spikes aren't peak numbers? Were all on the same level on this right? Because there not lol. My dads 3v having a blower and being auto does that as well.

Wish I could lean spike mine.... but it just jumps up over the convertor with one, that I can never feel it... (also never getts leaner than about 11.4 haha)
But thats why my car didnt make much power, because of the slicks on the dyno... Street tires, i bet I would have made 15 percent more... That aint gonna fly!

I have not tested it, but I would suspect that if you pumped up the slicks or radials to max psi, the hp would be very similar to street tires. The loss of hp comes when guys try to run them at 15 psi. Tire wrap on the dyno will eat hp. I made ~5% more hp on my jeep when I pumped up my 31"s from 22psi to 45 psi. (but 5% is only 6hp haha, weak ass jeep)

FML....as I am pulling into the shop, I notice it won't go into gear, I pump the clutch and notice all kinds of play....fucking UPR cable! I am glad I made it there, but we had to find a replacement. By time we drove to the parts store (other side of town of course) came back, replaced it, the time was gone, we both had stuff to do and it wasnt worth getting it strapped down. Shitty, but he didn't charge anything and was a great guy, just ran out of time. He will fit me in anytime it works, so not all is lost, should happen soon (work and kids will put a hampering on it)

Still, I got to hang out with Matthew all afternoon, have a good look at his street legal 9s NA fox, get parts in a Terminator and have a real good look at my car from under a hoist..all is not lost!
