sick SVO. I'm jealous as fuck. What does it run?
are you sure the distributor is stabbed correctly? also speed density hates mods. its probably just not able to keep up due to the low vacuum condition at idle most cams cause.

SD will run rich at idle with cam that doesn't make the same vacuum as stock at idle. Swich to MAF or get a SD friendly cam. No o2 sensors isn't helping.

Well on sat i had it runnin 23 lbs on street tires and when i cld get them hot enough to stick i was runnin in the low 11s in the 1000 ft. Which i was happy with considering the motor has been pretty much un touched. And we were running in the evening after a hot day when it was cooling down so the track was sticky. Lol it prolly clda done a tad better but im not the best driver n the world either...

I do have it correctly lined on the distributor but im startin to think i have it timed 180 out. I can pull any plug wire and it wont change the way it runs. Oh an btw, if u ever run into this prob and start pullin plugs off the dizzy while its runnin, try not to arc it. Fuck that damn 6al bo is hot!! Lol... U guys think maybe i have a bad box also? Idk whats up with the pos im ab to just light it on fire n start over lol

Spin the motor to where your at zero degrees on the timing, and see where you rotor is pointing.
