roller rocker question


ive got gt40p heads and a e303 cam for my 91 gt i wanna put some roller rockers on it but dont no what to look for or what would work best needing some help thanks

I always use 1.7 roller rockers with the E303 cam, if your springs are up to it. If you are going to use the E303 cam you should have upgraded springs anyway. Thread below.

i think you need pedistel mounted rocker

^^^ ya i was thinking it might be a waste of money unless it was coverted over to stud

To the OP, just wanted to make sure you didnt buy the wrong type of rockers

meh. maybe.

going from 1.6 to 1.7 should yeild power if your heads can support more lift/RPM.

I wouldn't invest in it if it was me though. If you plan on upgrading to a better cylinder head, then it will just be money lost, on a very small gain in power

you should be able to go with some standard ford FRRP 1.6 roller rockers but it depends what heads you are running, are they stock or aftermarket??

i'd strongly advise staying away from the proform rockers...

if you get the trick heads you can get their signature 1.6 rockers, i know allot of guys that swear by them...
