Problem with rear axle offset....is there a fix??

So I lowered and thru some new wheels/tires on and the passenger rear rubs, as it sticks out noticably more than the drivers. Is there a way to pull the axle back to even this out.....like with adjustable control arms or will that not work?

Scared to roll the fender as I don't want to screw up the original paint.....but afraid I might have to.

Does anyone know if there is a way to have someone shave the inside of the rim to pull it in the wheel well to even it that way, or is that just crazy talk?

Any help/ideas welcome, as I want to keep it lowered as it looks kick a$$, but cant have it rubbing.

Should be pretty safe to roll the fenders if you get the tool for it and follow all the instructions.

if your going to do it, roll them on a hot day. paint will soften up a lil and not be a prone to crack-

Most how to videos ive seen shows them using a heat gun to warm up the paint a bit to help prevent chipping, just not too much heat.

they make it look easy. i just hammered mine, and the paint chipped but only on the inside, so you cant see it outside.
