I am running a 1988 stang with BBK SSI intake system a 75 MM TB and full exhaust system (long tube headers FM exhaust ) i dont have the MAF hooked up yet but i wanted to know the size i needed

I am running an 80mm off an '01 cobra ($65.00 e bay). I know several Ford models used the plastic housing 80mm style sensor. I had to change the connector and wire terminals to the newer style, and fab an adaptor for my intake duct air filter side. It works great. My tuner wanted me to stick with a Ford sensor, due to accuracy and less variation. Another thing he pointed out is the upper cold air inlet tube (BBK or MAC) Mass air to t.b. is smaller in diameter than the stock rubber Ford piece. I took the BBK upper section off and used a factory Ford tube. It's a bitch, but the Ford intake tube will stretch over that 80mm mass air.

I would stay away from C&L if I were you. Look into a Pro-M or Granettelli or something like that. Get a 70-75mm..
