Brake Fluid?
How often do you guys generally have to fill your brake fluid? I'm filling my reservoir once a week and that seems excessive. I looked at the front and rear brakes and everything is dry. I checked around the master cylinder and it's dry as well. I didn't go and follow every line to the brakes yet. Is this a common problem with these cars? If so, is there a particular trouble spot?

I would check the wheel cylinders, when you pull the drums off look inside the rubber boots and see if there is any brake fluid in them. Another possible place for brake fluid leakage that can't be seen is into the booster to check that though you would have to pull the master cylinder off the booster and look for signs of leakage.

Never. It should only get a little low as your brakes wear out but will go right back to the original level with new pads/shoes. ANY fluid loss is a problem that needs to be looked at.

The pads and shoes are new from the end of last season and this just started like 3 weeks ago. It's gonna have to wait until next weekend. I need to check the drums and booster out because there are no obvious leaks under the car.
