possible numbers and reliability

I am looking to put a superchager on my 94 mustang with a 5.0. it is alreadsy bored .30 over with dss forged pistons, afr 165 alum. heads, systemax upper and lower intake with spacer, full exhaust, msd box, tremec tranny, 373 gears, comp cam and roller rockers, ford racing crank, high volume oil pump with 9 qt pan, 30 lb injectors, 255 lph walbro fuel pump, 76mm c&l maf, 70mm throttle body, and a few other small things. It has a sct 4bank elim chip tuned and put down 306 rwhp and 320 torque.

I am wondering if anyone has every put the procharger d1 on a setup similar to this and what kind of number you made with about 10-12 psi. I also know my stock block wouldnt handle no more than 500 hp without splitting, so in your opinion is it even worth supercharging this setup or should i save up and work with something with a better block that can handle more power?

well i was looking for 500 but i know thats pushing it with the stock 302 block from those years so i may keep it safe with like9-10lbs of boost and shoot for about 450rwhp

with that set up you will be able to make 500, its all gona be in the tune, i have a friend with the trick flow top end package and a s trim (vortech i think) and he made 436whp and its on a very conservative tune. i think hes pushing 8psi but im not 100%on that one

yeah im sure i could make 500 but i know that will be pushing the blocks limits. did he keep his boost down for the same reason? or what did his tuner do to be conservative?
