Need Help Identifying Vacuum Parts Among Other Things

Not a day goes by that I don't curse myself for not buying a bone stock fox instead of one that's been tinkered with. Random issues keep popping up from incorrect installation / combination of parts; this has cost me quite the sum. There is one issue however that I'm hellbent on addressing on my own. My car has been showing symptoms of a very severe vacuum leak, and before I spray every inch of hosing looking for the leak I decided to check on key components first. I have a vacuum routing diagram handy but I've run into some unforeseen complications. Here's where you guys come in

First and foremost WHY ON EARTH do I not have a vacuum tree?

My car used to have a no name MAF from Summit along with BBK CAI tubing that was switched to the an OEM setup. I didn't do it myself, so I'm not sure what's the explanation of this dangling plug I found laying around near the MAF wires

To the right of the a/c accumulator are 2 inlets which seem to look like they are exposed. Are the these the Floor/Vent actuators for the HVAC by any chance?

I found this bad boy lingering behind the engine and yanked it out. It seems to be plugged, but I remember once seeing a mechanic block it with his palm and the engine died out. What is the meaning of this?

Lastly my efi harness seems to have 2 extra plugs? They were just there hanging around the valve covers. I'm damn sure my efi harness did not come out of a v12.

Note:
My brake booster vacuum line routes up to the manifold. Is this the norm with GT40 manifolds? Cus there's a nipple located conveniently at the booster's side. Yes this partially explains why I have no vacuum distribution unit but what about other vacuum-reliant accessories?

Any input would be appreciated

the hose with the red on it may be the pcv(positive crank case ventilation) keep the oil cleaner longer, and the holes in the fire wall may be the heater core for the coolant to run through. i dont know for sure cuz i dont have the ac so the only two holes i have open are from the ac and the other two that look similar are for heat.

two extra plug wires would be a v-10 but i have one extra like that aswell not sure what it is either. so that would be interesting to know. i think one of those might be for coolant temp sensor

oh is that what the red tube is? That's the problem with too much time on tech articles and too little time under the hood. Tons of theoretical knowledge but no real hands-on. I know the parts just not what they look like.
As for the heater core I suppose it would make sense that it's absent as where I am right now, 100+ degrees is the norm. Thank you for your input, anyone else care to explain where my vacuum tree ran off to?
