If it is located on the H-pipe then yes thats the O2 sensor. If the sucker is stripped and there no way to back it out.. There's 2 options.. Get a new / upgrade to a after market Mid Pipe, oorrrr Drill a hole, weld on a bung and replace it. My vote if you can't back it out is replace with a nice O/R mide pipe!

Could be hung up on a little rust. Can you fit an impact wrench up there?
If not then try some WD40 or something and let it sit a bit, then whack it a few times with a hammer. Or if youre good with a torch you can try a little heat. Or if the nut part of the sensor is rounded a bit try grinding it down the next size smaller and try again. You could try a vise grips but if its as tight as you say it might not do the job. Or just cut the welds for the bung and pull it and the sensor off as one piece, then weld another bung on there. |

If and when you get them out, before you put new ones in , put anti seize on the threads
Also you could try heating up the H-pipe then through some big vice grips on there

Grind down and pound on the next smallest socket that you can get on there. Make sure you are using 6 point (hex shaped) sockets and not 12 point. 12 point is only good for 12 point bolts, lol. I'm slowly working on swaping all my 12 point crap out of my toolbox except for the 1/4 in drive stuff.
