here Sound!! need help

alrite i got a 89 LX with a 306 DSS and a TREMEC 3550 trans 5spd and i was on my way home from work other other nite and i down shifted to second as soon as i left off the clutch i heard a clunk and it sounded like it was coming from rite under me so i drove around alil and i found out out the it only did it went i was at a stop and went from to first and started going and then when i would down shift and it did it when bascailly when my car jerked i dont think its nething with the clutch but when the car would jerk or maybe hit a bump i would here that clunk sound any one have any idea of wat it could be thanks!!!

check tranny mounts and make sure there not lose, mine did that once and didnt do it every again.

check where the bellhousing hooks in too maybe thats loose as well
