Help questions on my 93 gt 5.0 ho mustang

#1 - after replacing my shocks and struts with tokico and throwing on brand knew brigdestone ponteza tires my Stang rides like shit. Bumpy as he'll over the mildest cracks. Feels like I'm driving offroad 24/7. Any suggestions to what might fix this?

#2 when I'm cursing the car it "hard shifts" when I'm on it smooth as a baby's ass. Rear end sounds like it dragging / sticking sometimes at 40 mph, hesitation here and there tring to shift over or down. I don't know if there is a shift kit. What could be my problem ?

Thanks guys and gals

If you went to a really low profile tire it will ride harsh..... Shocks and struts should have improved the ride.

not sure about the second question.

the tockiko's are fairly hard shocks only use them cos i barely drive the car and when i do its on the freeway... bridgestone tyres are sh*t... their hard and uncomfortable wear down like crap cos you have to take the time to warm them up before their even able to hold your car in a corner... you could stick a wooden horsecart wheel and have a better ride for the first 15mins... not that i dont like Bridgestones or nothin lol....

That dragging, hard shifts, and whatnot, is probably your AOd in need of a rebuild. When overdrive is going, it'll start to feel like its dragging when its engaged,it happened to me.

I know it's a little late now. But when I changed shocks and struts I bought Strange 10 way adj. Because I had no idea about handling and ride characteristics of any brand. This way I can set them where I like them, which is level 7. If I wanted I could change the setting if I wanted to go to the track.I also have Ford Racing's"C" springs, full poly bushings, UPR lca's and adj. uppers,MM full length weld in sub frame connecters and BFG G-Sports 245/45/17's. I don't consider it too stiff at all. Just planted like it's on a rail.
